This beaver's mission is to travel the world - meeting others associated with Boy Scouts of America is a bonus. Add photos of his journey, if possible. If you currently are or were a Scout (especially a Wood Badger) at any level, pass along some general Scouting information about yourself in the log.
This travelbug is in honor of Wood Badge Course W3-329-02-08, which was truly a life-changing experience for me and my husband. Participating during the same course was perfect for us. Wood Badge is advanced training for adult Scout leaders at all levels and is offered throughout the entire world. I would highly recommend the Wood Badge experience for any Scout leader!! I used to be a Beaver and a Staffer too (troop guide twice - for Eagles and Buffalo, Assistant Scoutmaster of Program, and Scoutmaster). I am very active in Scouting within my Pack and Troop (Pack & Troop 850 in Spring Creek, NV), my District (Overland District), and my Council (Nevada Area Council) and hope to bring the joy of Scouting to youth and adults alike.
