Current Goal

To travel freely around the world and visit as many different locations as possible bringing as much joy to my fellow geocachers as I have when I find a travel bug on my adventures.  If you would like to take a picture and add it to the gallery of Billy's travels that would be much appreciated.

About This Item

Billy the Beaver

Billy the Beaver is originating from Quesnel, British Columbia Canada. About center in the Province of BC. Quesnel is know as the Gold Pan City of British Columbia. An annual Billy Barker Day festival is held every year on the third weekend of July to celebrate the history of the gold strikes in the area back in the late 1800's. The Beaver which is Canada's national animal is also very prevalent in our forested area. Hence, Billy the Beaver now is on his road to find many new hiding spots.

Today we found the beaver near the Oeschinensee in Switzerland. After more than half a year in the same box, we think he will be pleased to move on.
After our holidays we will drop Billy in a cache near our home in the Netherlands.
