2006 Compass Rose Geocoin

This coin was a gift from some great folks in the good 'ol USA. Some of the folks serving in Iraq had a Meet & Greet. During the M&G, I received this coin during a raffle that included numerous other coins and schwag donated by some awesome folks. I really appreciate their generosity. Special thanks to Byron V who donated this coin.

We are dropping off DGWille's Compass Rose Geocoin. Since this coin originated in Iraq with an American soldier we thought this cache, in this area, would be a fitting place to leave it, as a memento to our Canadian forces overseas at the present time, and as a reminder of the wars our soldiers have been involved in in the past. We wish Compass Rose many happy miles in the future
