Um filhote de cisne é chocado no ninho de uma pata. Por ser diferente de seus irmãos, o pobre é perseguido, ofendido e maltratado por todos os patos e galinhas do terreiro. Um dia, cansado de tanta humilhação, ele foge do ninho. Durante sua jornada, ele para em vários lugares, mas é mal recebido em todas. O pobrezinho ainda tem de aguentar o frio do inverno. Mas, quando finalmente chega a primavera, ele abre suas asas e se une a um majestoso bando de cisnes, sendo então reconhecido como o mais belo de todos.


A son of a swan is hatched in the nest of a duck. Being different from their brethren, the poor are persecuted, insulted and mistreated by all the ducks and chickens from the yard.
One day, tired of so much humiliation he flees the nest. During his journey, he stops atvarious places, but is poorly received in all. The poor still have to endure the cold ofwinter.
But when he finally arrives in the spring, he spreads his wings and joins a flock ofmajestic swans are then recognized as the most beautiful of all.
