Arrrgh!! We found our land-legs and set course for this place we had heard such splendid rumors of and... A treasure we did find, me and me better salty dog half, MamaMia.
The stories we had brought from distant lands all came to light, and the treasure spilled forth before us. We were amazed.

I tried looking from the trail on the way up with no luck. On the way back down, I noticed a path... a far more sensible approach from above, that took me right to ground zero. Great spot.
MamaMia and I enjoyed the fantastic views this morning during our round trip walk from Eaton Saddle.

Fantastic! I located the cache fairly quickly, looked at it for a while, read the description and soon after, had step one complete. Then, I looked some more, examined a few things, eventually noticed something and gave it a try... Viola. 😁
I enjoyed this very creative and fun gadget cache and while there, I discovered two TBs, dropped off a pathtag and signed spot #63 in the log. 😛

8760 ft. The road is very well maintained most of the way and the rest is currently in great condition, so I drove up in a Subaru Outback and it was a very enjoyable drive with interesting scenery, mineral deposits and climate zones. 😛
Ground zero was a true park & grab and if there had been any livestock around, I could even have loaded up a steer. Neat location. I didn't notice any badgers either, when crossing Badger Flats. 😉
