Sorry it has taken me so long to log this. I picked it up a while back and couldn't read the code on it. I tried several things, but nothing worked. I looked at it again today and guessed something else and it registered! I will rewrite the code on the foot and move it along shortly.

We found it in HARRISBURG PA in the cache GC1NKD0. We will be taking to the shores of the Susquehanna River and get a pic and move it along for you. TFTF!
