Die Mission dieses kleinen Coins ist es - möglichst schnell - von Siegen in Deutschland nach Coleraine oder - noch besser - Portrush in Nordirland zu gelangen. Es wäre wunderbar, wenn er sein Ziel bis zum 30. Oktober erreichen könnte, da dies - wie ihr euch vielleicht denken könnt - Silkes Geburtstag ist. Aber sollte das nicht klappen ist es auch nicht schlimm. Sie ist schließlich noch etwas länger dort und wie heißt es immer so schön - der Weg ist das Ziel! :)
Sollte er einmal einen Cache in Coleraine oder Portrush erreicht haben, bitte nehmt ihn nicht weiter mit, sondern lasst ihn dort, damit Silke ihn selber finden kann!

This little guy's mission is to travel from Siegen, Germany to Coleraine or - even better - Portrush in Northern Ireland as fast as possible. It would be awesome if he could reach his destination by the 30^th of October because - as you may have guessed - that is Silke's birthday. But if he does not arrive on time, that's okay, too, because as the saying goes - the journey is the reward! :)
If or when he reaches a cache in Coleraine or Portrush - please leave him there for Silke herself to find!

Dieser Coin ist ein Geburtstags-Coin für meine Freundin Silke, die ein Auslandssemester an der Universität in Coleraine, Nordirland absolviert. Er soll zwar möglichst schnell unterwegs sein, aber auch eine schöne Reise haben. Es wäre toll wenn ihr, die ihr ihm auf seinem Weg behilflich seit, für Silke ein paar Geburtstagswünsche ins Log schreiben würdet und vielleicht auch das ein oder andere schöne Photo schiesst! :)
Sehr wichtig wäre es noch, wenn ihr in an seinem Zielort in einen sehr einfach zu findenden Cache stecken könntet, wenn möglich auch einen Tradi, da Silke nicht unbedingt aus dem Cacher- Gewerbe kommt und auch keine Gerätschaften besitzt. Es sollte ihr aber eigentlich möglich sein, einen Cache, zum Beispiel an der Uni, mit meinen Anweisungen zu finden! Das ganze ist ein Experiment und ich bin sehr gespannt darauf ob es klappt. Sollte dem nicht so sein, muss der Coin eben abwarten, bis ich einmal in Nordirland zu Besuch bin! :)

This coin is a Birthday-Coin for my friend Silke, who is studying abroad at the University in Coleraine, Northern Ireland. Even if he should get there as fast as possible, he should still have a journey worth travelling. It would be awesome if you, who are helping him along, would leave some birthday wishes for Silke in your logs and possibly take a few pictures! :)
A very important thing is that he, once he has reached his destination, is placed in a very easy to find cache, if possible a traditional, because Silke herself is not a Geocacher and does not have any equipment. Nevertheless, I think it would be possible for her to find a cache, for example somewhere around the University, with the help of my instructions! This whole thing is an experiment and I am very excited about it and I am very much looking forward to see if it fails or if it works. If it should fail, well, then the Coin simply has to wait until I am visiting Northern Ireland! :)
