Current Goal

This is one of our first geocoins and is in honor of my son. He has just begun his journey through scouts and I would like this coin to travel as far as it can and to visit as many countries as possible to honor his journey to becoming a young man.

About This Item

My husband and I met through scouting when he was the Scout Master of my nephew's troop. In January of 2011 we will celebrate our ten year anniversary. I thought it was fitting that this year "Santa" put the "100 years of scouting and 10 years of geocaching" geocoins in our stockings. This one is my son's and honors his critter....the tiger for his Cub Scout Den! My husband has a geocoin for his Woodbadge critter....the eagle and my geocoin honors my Woodbadge critter.....a buffalo. My daughter has a neat Expedia geocoin as she will graduate soon and plans to see the world!
