My son was hit by a car and ended up having his leg amputated.
I was out geocaching when I got the news.
Once we knew that he was gonna be okay it became a big joke in the family that instead of a normal prostetic he was gonna get a wooden stump and be a pirate.
So this coin is placed in his name and would like to meet other amputies and learn their story.
