Sir Topham Hatt is on a well deserved holiday. He is looking to travel around the world. Of course he's a train fan, so train-related caches are nice, but any cache in a pleasant spot will do. He's looking to head east around the world.
Sir Topham Hatt is the director of the railway on Sodor where Thomas and friends ride the rails. He likes to make sure the engines are right on time and really useful. He's on holiday, so he's supposed to be relaxing so feel free to add some local color to him.
