Current Goal

This travel bug is named in honor of Plato, and his impact on the world.  The goal is to travel to Greece, the country of Plato.  I hope afterwards, the bug will continue around the world, and come home. 

About This Item

Plato is undoubtedly one of the most widely known, and revered names in Academia.  In the classical philosophy world, Socrates was the original teacher.  Socratic logic formed the basis for modern day logic and philosophy.  Plato was his student, and successor at his school.  Plato was followed by Aristotle.  Plato’s most widely known work is “The Republic.”  One of the most controversial works of the time, has been regarded as one of the keystones in modern philosophy and thought.
