  • Farthest Point South on the Cruise The farthest south we (and the travel bug) made it was Latitude 64; 57; 38.7179 Longitude 63; 42; 51.2939 Altitude 17 as shown in this picture.
  • Travel Bug and Penguins We couldn't get both in the picture, but this shows a blurry travel bug with some nice clear penguins.

  • Drop off at Ahu Tongariki on Easter Island We couldn't find any caches in Antarctica, so we gave this fun travel bug a tropical vacation at our next stop on Easter Island. Good luck reaching the South Pole proper!

It was a beautiful day at Dorena Lake just outside of Cottage Grove, Oregon today. No plans to go to the South Pole anytime soon, but we'll try to get him closer.
