About This Item

Kvas is a Ukrainian drink made from yeasty bread crusts that ferment in water. It tastes better than it sounds, at least I think so. Kinda beery/aley, but non-alcoholic.

Of course I may be remembering it merely through the eyes of nostalgia, but so be it. Ya looblo Ookrayena!

My first FTF! Wandered in the back way, bush-wacking up the hill from the base of the train track hill. Oops. Much easier to get out than in.

Spent about 1.5 hours wandering around under tree cover and still learning how to use the GPS. Finally found the cache just about the time it got really dark.

Corrigan Park, quite cool history of the old cowboy movies and stuff. All over the place with Dad's old GPS while figuring out how it worked. Finally found it while some girls walked by on the trail, pretty obviously laughing at that weird guy in the bushes. 🤭
