Current Goal

TeaSpoon is always searching for the best Hot Wings recipes. As he travels from cache to cache, he hopes that GPSr's will send their recipes of hot wings or picnic side dishes. TeaSpoon thinks that the best recipes may be located near Buffalo, New York, but is not sure. What do you think?

About This Item

TeaSpoon

A recipe that TeaSpoon enjoys is listed: Ingredients: 24 chicken wing drummies, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 8 tblsp butter, 1 tsp habanero sauce, 2 tsp Salt, 2 tsp Paprika.
Fry the hotwings in peanut oil at a temperature of 350 to 375 degrees. Be sure that the wings are not frozen and be careful with the hot oil. The wings are done when they begin to float. While the wings cook, melt the butter and add the spices. When the wings are done and while they are still hot, dip and roll the wings in the sauce. Serve with blue cheese dressing and fresh celery sticks. TeaSpoon hopes that other recipies will be sent back to his origin. He like all picnic food. Take pictures of TeaSpoon enjoying a meal with you, helping to prepare a meal, picnicing, or just hanging out.

Took the TB spoons today from Dr. Boas cache. As my idea of cooking is any restaurant that delivers, I don't really have a recipe (maybe the spoons can teach me a thing or two!). However, locally the Georgetown Saloon (in Georgetown) has good wings. There is another good restaurant up-state, but the name escapes me right now. I will leave the name when I deliver the spoons to a new home.

We got this bug at the GGA meeting. I'm sure that we can find some good food before this bug has to travel on.

Teaspoon and I are going to conduct some experiments in the spicey and usually fragrant world of chili since I am not all that fond of wings. Then we'll go to a GGA meeting. Now let us be clear about this....GGA people LOVE to eat. Yes, they will walk 10 miles to get a smiley, but if there is food involved, they will bring a friend too. 😉 I think Teaspoon may find some interesting recipies there.

I don't have any good recipies.... Normally my master does not cook my chicken! I will take it to the south where hot wings are HOT.
