This bag contains a rock brought back from Mykonos, Greece. It is also protected by the Evil Eye (zipper). The most popular form of protection against the evil eye is a charm. Coloured blue - the colour to ward off the evil eye - it is painted with an “eye” that supposedly reflects the evil. These charms are available in a variety of forms, from personal jewellery to different sized and shaped pieces to hang inside cars or on walls. Some people cement evil eye charms into their driveways. Although the Greek Orthodox Church states the only form of protection is a crucifix or a religious icon from a church or monastery, the evil eye charm is very popular and visible all over Greece and Turkey.

I'll take you on a trip inland for a while

Couldn't find an island but here is a sea chest. Maybe pirates will return for the chest and take it away for burial on a treasure island...
I wanted to leave the traceable here as it's an "island" of green space between the student area and light industrial area. I knew the cache container would be too small but hoped the hiding place might allow the stackable to be tucked away with it. Alas.
Excited to pick this up from Ulva Island, which is a very special island bring a bird sanctuary for New Zealand native birds. Trying to think of the next island we could leave it in.
Enough Hector-dolphins in Akaroa for now, it's time to move on :-)
Have a good trip! It was nice having you along
