About This Item

This 1962 Penny was used when Rhodesia and Nyasaland(now Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Malawi in Southern/Central Africa) were colonized by the British. Northern Rhodesia, Southern Rhodesia, and Nyasaland were only united from 1953-1964. I recently purchased this coin in Zambia and brought it to the US.
