The person who found this and took it out of Tallulah Gorge Cache is a new cacher. They have not logged it out of the cache because they obviously have no idea how to do it. I have sent them 2 e-mails through the GeoCaching.com site with no reply. I looked on their page and it shows they have never even logged on to the actual Geocahing site. So I'm assuming they just down loaded an app and have no clue about the actual site. Who knows if they will ever figure it out. Very frustrating!
