About 2 years ago I was visiting at my friends house Bill and Alice Blandin (redrock) on Camano Island. To my surprise Bill pulled out one of the original version 1 Moun10Bike coins. How cool is that! I had never seen one and after fondling it asked if I could discover it. He said sure but maybe I'd like to keep it for him for awhile so he would stop getting constant requests for it. I decided to leave it in their possession but went home to log this special, first ever made, geocoin. I imagine many cachers are trying to log these coins since there is no special code so my log was deleted because I was not specific enough with my discovery. Log deletions can be traumatic and I've waited till now to re-log this coin. Friday night Bill, Alice and I were at the annual WSU Beach Watchers Christmas party fundraiser and Bill pulls the coin out again to show me, so I wrote down the number and decided that this time I would be more specific and convince you I actually have seen, touched and know where this coin is and is safe. Thanks redrock for the discovery and getting me started in my obsession. And, thanks Jon for all you have done for GC.

Picked up Geocoin at our favorite Rock Hounding Beach. If you are into rocks, this beach has more different colors than any other beach we have found in Puget Sound. And if you're just into walking beaches this one is prime especially at sunset. The Park Ranger saw us just as we picked up the black garbage bag and wanted to know what we were hiding. He knew about GeoCaching and enjoyed seeing what was in the cache. Red Rock

Finally!!! We have been trying to get our hands on one of theses Goecoins for months. We have even visited our own caches and ones we had already found trying to get a glimpse of what has to be the coolest signature item out there. Now that we have one in our hands, we will have to admire it for a few days and then pass it along.
