Long Frog Signal just wants to dash... cache... and even maybe splash  anywhere and everywhere . He needs to be kept moving!!!

here we go again

Long Frog Signal WAS a  metal 3.5 cm square travel tag. Now a wooden pirate whistle,  which I found in  a cache!
Signal is in his best pirate outfit, complete with eye patch. He has a big smile on his face and a feather in his hat!
Attached to this TB Tag is a keyring explaining the mission
