While Geocaching in Mount angel, OR on January 22ndof 2011, Dawson and his younger brother Devin were involved in a fatal car accident claiming their lives. This Geocoin is a memorial to these young men and their zeal for adventure.

Discovered this trackable 6-25-11 while on the PCM. Thanks for sharing it. What a tragedy to lose both boys at such a young age. My condolences to the family. What a nice tribute to them.

Saw this coin in the PDX Embassy hotel on our was toward Seattle. We didn"t take it as we didn't know if we would find any caches that I felt safe in leaving it in. This coin hit home with me to learn of such a loss of young life. My they always be in the LORDS company.
