About This Item

Travelbug Friedrichshafen

This Travel Bug comes from Friedrichshafen, a city located direct at Lake Constance in South Germany. In 2011 the city has its 200. birthday. Friedrichshafen is best known  for the Zeppelins what are built there. One of the landmarks of the town is the Schlosskirche (Church of the castle), you see the outline with the travelbug.  Once a year there is a big childrens party called "Seehasenfest". Main person of this party is a big rabbit, look at http://seehas.ragestudios.de/. You see the outline of his head with part of the travelbug.

Ok, now it can continue on its way. First proxy of this type I've encountered. Interesting story... wished I knew more... guess I'll check the logs, duh! ;) Thanks to cacher jhhwild for resurrecting this one after it was destroyed in a fire. Will keep it moving along as I have a TB in Germany which is being well cared for and I'm enjoying its adventures there.
