This coin was given to me for participating in a medical study of military veterans.  I was a member of an Army medical unit that served in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait during Desert Storm.  I always thought this coin was too cool looking to throw away so I figured sending it back to the desert would be an appropriate use for it [|)]
