OCTOBER 18TH 2015 Polly reappears - Fantastc news.  Time to fly back to Englad now.

When you find Polly and log her please hang around a bit if possible and scan the area for bird activity and also log the names of any birds you can see. Thanks !

October 13.10.2014  Polly would like to travel around Australia a bit, see a few sites/famous landmarks and spot a few unusual birds and then start making her way home again to the NW of England

September 29.09.2014  Polly now in Queensland Australia, escaping the Enlish Winter

July 31.07.2014 Polly made it back to Meresands Wood and is at the present time resting at her owners abode. Polly is prepareing to fly off again seaching for exotic birdlife and notching up a lot of airmiles.  More informatioon to follow about her plans but it looks like she may well be bumping into the likes of, Masked Booby, Frigate bird, Wompoo fruit dove, Magnificent riflebird, Crimson chat, lots of Parakeets..... I wonder where she could be possibly heading for ?

June 15th 2014.  Polly is alive and well and seems to have resurfaced.  Any assistance to get her back to the Southport area is and would be most appreciated.  If possible Mere Sands Wood - Greenwood, that would be a real bonus.

LATEST NEWS ( APRIL 2ND 2014 ) :  Polly is expected back in the UK this month.

15.12.12 -To travel all over the world visiting areas and places known for good bird watching.. She would like to travel anywhere in the world for maybe t 6 to 12 months at a time and then migrate homewards to have a rest and plan  new missions.  Ideally  she will always return to a lovely little cache : Mere Sands Wood - Greenwood GC3JNQ9.

Ideally Polly will travel to some places i will never see and maybe even see some birds I have never seen in my life. 

14.12.12 - Polly is certainly getting to see some amazing birds.  Just recently she has seen : Tui, Silvereye, Eastern Rossela, NZ Kingfisher, Spur Winged Plover, Grey Warbler, Fantail, Australasian Harrier.........Wow!  

20.12.12 - Keep an eye on this space.  Will in the near future post a full list of all the birds to date that Polly has seen.

04.06.13 -I was on the Ilse of Mull today watching Puffins on Lunga and getting good views of Sea Eagles in to the bargain, Fantastic experience! It would be great if someone could move Polly to a location renowned for some rare or exceptional bird , just so Polly can when she eventually returns to the UK have some amazing tales to tell.
