COSMOS

You have unearthed COSMOS the great Yin Yang geocoin of old.  Fables have foretold of its return to the world of the geocache.  Please move the awesome COSMOS on with its journey and into another cache of your choosing.  But please follow the rules of the wise COSMOS if you desire the events in your life to be balanced and non-chaotic.  COSMOS seeks universal peace...and this mission is now all in your hands.  Now, enlightened one...here are THE RULES:

1. If you found COSMOS on an even-numbered day, you must return him to a cache on an odd-numbered day (and vice versa)

2. If you found COSMOS between 6 AM and 6PM, you must return him to a cache between 6PM and 6AM (and vice versa)

3. COSMOS strives to be in caches with a D / T rating of 3 / 3.  Try to return COSMOS to such caches, OR if below 3 on one rating try to be as close to the same amount above 3 on the other rating.  For example, 2 / 4 or 5 / 1.

4. WHATEVER YOU DO...do not test the fury of the fates by placing COSMOS into a cache where both sides of the D / T rating are either above or below 3.  For example: 2.5 / 2.5 or 3.5 / 5.  THIS WILL BE VERY VERY BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Believe me you don't want to know might happen!

5. If you find COSMOS in a cache meeting the very bad criteria from Rule #4 (above)...then it is your solomn mission to right this travesty by ensuring that COSMOS' next cache is a solid 3 / 3 rating.  The more times the bad thing from Rule #4 happens the more the world will slip into utter chaos and sheer madness!
