I'm The Adventurous Diving Smurf (A.D.S.)

- I follow my owner from cache to cache -

This is my story:

5th of June 2011, my owner found his first geocache (close to his school in Norway) - but it was on the 2nd of May 2012 that he registered his account and started caching "for real". On July 11th 2013, my owner decided to "go bananas" (is what many people would call it), and started what would become more or less of an obsession - to find "at least one geocache - every day". 

I consist of two parts:

  1. The diving smurf - a gift from the owner's mother, a memento after he completed PADI Open Water and Advanced Open Water certificates in 2012-13

  2. The "find friends" TB-tag - which was a trade item when nahjo were First To Find on a very unique cache called "Spirits of Nature" (Oslo, Norway). 

However, the TB-tag was first registered on January 1, 2014, and never had a clear mission until now...

I was born as a retroactive travel bug. My goal in life is from now to "visit" every cache that my owner finds - and if you're lucky, you'll be able to meet me at events!

If you notice some jumps in my owner's found count (# XXXX), it'll be because of LAB-caches from the GIGA event in München. LAB caches are different from every other geocache type, and have a good F.A.Q.

As stated in Groundspeak guidelines, I "attend" my own (hosted) events
