This was our third to last and final find of the day (We squeezed Linder Point in between the two parts). Somewhere I had it in my mind that was a three parter, but was glad to see the final at part 2 since it was getting close to sunset and we still needed to walk all the way back to the west parking area.
I think I was just lucky that I found part 1 as quickly as I did. Marked the coordinates and headed off.
After finding Linder Point, we swung by here on the way back. I wasn't able to to remove the container, so I carefully opened it in place. I too found the contents quite wet, but I think it has something to do with the attachment to it. After signing the log, I placed everything back in the container. Also, I don't recall seeing any TB in there.
