This little guy is on a public relations tour to travel the highways and byways on a goodwill mission for my friends in the Des Moines Police Department and the Des Moines Public Safety Officer [ http://dmpso911.com/police/index.html ].
Like so many other police and safety officers, these folks are often underapprecitaed - this is one small way to show appreciation.
