Current Goal

Your mission; should you choose to accept it, is to add a small ladybug to the chain. Please take a picture of the ladybug and post it with your log entry.

I collect ladybugs, and my signature item is a rock magnet that is painted up to look like a ladybug. Many cachers and caches around California have a Huntnlady ladybug in their possession.

In 2009, this ladybug is headed to North Dakota. I would like her to visit a little town there called Wildrose.

Help Huntnlady collect ladybugs with this travel bug until she finds her way back home, sometime in 2012.

About This Item

Ladybug with heart on its back

The original ladybug went on a great journey, but then disappeared somewhere in the urban jungle of Southern California. The ladybug you see today is the replacement.
Ladybug! Ladybug! Fly away home. I'm sure most of you said this ditty at one time or another when you were a child and caught a ladybug- to climb up your finger and fly away.
This ladybug wants to stop by the best regular caches she can on her journey, Take her picture in your garden, but don't leave her in any cache too long, she needs to stretch her wings and fly.

Retrieve It from a Cache 2/16/2011 faeriecat retrieved it from Berlin Spring Tennessee   Visit Log

Found this lovely lady at Berlin Springs today, our fifth successful find. Went on to try and locate the Six Million Dollar Dead Drop, and failed, but still have the little lady bug. We'd like to take her somewhere a bit further away before sending her on her path. It's amazing that she's come so far, already!

Found this TB in SCT swamp cache. Felt this was no place for a LADYBUG. Will move along soon and keep safe.
