I bought a mystery grab bag of Travel Tags from Geoswag.com recently and two of the five tags were curious flags to me!
I did a little research on the graphics and found that they were BOTH German State Flags! I had no idea that Germany had States, much like individual flags and coats of arms for each one... You've managed to come across Berlin (this tag) and the German State Flag it's in competition with is that of North Rhine-Westphalia (TB4HPKY).
So... PLEASE ONLY GRAB this travel tag if you can (a) move it within 3 days of finding it, or (b) get it significantly closer to reaching the goal cache hide (photographed there): GC3B894 GERMANTOWN ROLL OF HONOR a geocache placed in Germantown, just outside of Philadelphia PA. IF that geocache is archived/unavailable, the next-nearest cache in proximity to that original goal destination will do.
