I bought a mystery grab bag of Travel Tags from Geoswag.com recently and two of the five tags were curious flags to me!
I did a little research on the graphics and found that they were BOTH German State Flags! I had no idea that Germany had States, much like individual flags and coats of arms for each one... You've managed to come across the North Rhine-Westphalia Tag, and the German State Flag it's in competition with is that of Berlin (TB4HNRT).
So... PLEASE ONLY GRAB this travel tag if you can (a) move it within 3 days of finding it, or (b) get it significantly closer to reaching the goal cache hide (photographed there): GC3B894 GERMANTOWN ROLL OF HONOR a geocache placed in Germantown, just outside of Philadelphia PA. IF that geocache is archived/unavailable, the next-nearest cache in proximity to that original goal destination will do.
