Discovered and retrieved from Froglet's Railway. Supposedly with Wiltonp but I suspect that as CO he/she dropped it in the cache without logging it. Will wait a few days before grabbing it and logging it in for the mileage.

Have taken it to visit Cardiff which is a County not included in the list !!
