About This Item

I am Officer Leo Muggle - License and registration please.  What were you just doing over there in the bushes?  Why are you caressing a guardrail?  Why visit a cemetery if you are ignoring the headstones in favor of the rock wall?  What are you doing to that lamp post?  Why are you hiking in the middle of the night, and will you please turn off that headlamp before I go blind???  Why is your car full of empty ammo cans? 

I find myself asking these ridiculous questions more and more frequently since about 2001.  What on earth is going on?

Tell me your stories about when you encountered my brethern in blue, and let me know what happened!  I would also like to have my picture taken and posted as I travel around the world encountering new caches, locations and people.  Maybe someday I'll understand Geocachers.  Who knows?
