To visit the great racing areas of the world and represent the Cub Scouts of America
Cub Scouts has had a kinship with racing throughout the ages. We race for glory and to succeed. We strive to earn the prize, whether it be a trophy or the minds and hearts of others. The Pinewood Derby embodies this race in it's simple rules. Every Scout starts with the same bare block of wood. They, along with their parents help, mold the block into a race car that represents their vision. They strive to be the best and honestly adhere to the rules. They race alongside their Scouting brothers and rejoice in the activity. They are all winners.
