In english: I'm a small ape. I come from a future where men have returned to the wild and where apes are ruling the world. I make this journey into the past to understand what human beings and apes have done, during the XXIst century, to invert the world order...
For more information: read "Planet of the Apes", the science fiction novel written in 1963 by the French writer Pierre Boulle.
For purists: my son pointed out that this figure is not what I thought it was but a character from the animated film "Space Chimps" ... a generational gap ! Thus this travel bug wearing his space suit is ready to geo-travel even to the moon ;-)).

En français : Je suis un petit singe. Je viens d'un futur où les hommes sont retournés à l'état sauvage et où les singes gouvernent le monde. Je fais ce voyage dans le passé pour comprendre ce que les hommes et les singes ont fait, au cours du XXIe siècle, pour inverser l'ordre du monde ...
Pour plus d'information : lire "La Planète des singes", un roman de science-fiction écrit en 1963 par l'écrivain français Pierre Boulle.
Pour les puristes : mon fils m'a fait remarquer que cette figurine n'est pas ce que je pensais mais un personnage du film d'animation "Les chimpanzés de l'espace" ... une simple différence de génération ! Du coup, cet objet voyageur revêtu de sa combinaison spatiale est prêt à géo-voyager jusque sur la lune ;-)).
