Grabbed this pirate off the top of a mountain top today and will move along fairly soon now that "the winter that never wanted to end" seems to be doing just that - ending!!! We were out in this vicinity just a couple weeks ago on snowshoes with 1 1/2 - 2 feet of snow under our feet!!!! Today the local ponds ice seems to be doing a good job of melting off and gives me the first hope of some kayaking in the next month or so for maybe taking blackbeard on a water adventure. May find a better spot for him before that but never know.
