Current Goal

Jake started out in Singapore and was taken to the US for a holiday and now wants to travel to each of the continents.

Post or send pictures of his explorations. As soon as he starts to travel we'll setup his own website.

About This Item

Jake is a mallard Beanie Baby which we picked up in Singapore. The kids decided that it would be fun to see if he could travel to each of the continents. Now for the sake of argument we've decided that Australia is indeed a continent.

We happened to be back in Texas so grabbed Jake from Tygress (thanks!!!) It's great to see the tag again (it's been several years since we released it) even if Jake seems to be on an extended holiday. 😁

We'll be taking Jake on an extended trip back to his origins in Asia. At the same time we'll get a replacement Jake and set him free to continue his adventure. Hopefully we can get him on a new continent.

Jake has slipped the coop.
However. I bet I have a pretty good understudy or stunt double, so there'll be a duck on the chain before the tag goes "live" again....
(Those ducks, they just wander off on you, they do....)

I didn't take this TB since I didn't have enough TBs with me to make a even swap. I also didn't realize how many miles this TB has traveled. The mallard seems to be off of the dog tag which it too bad, but the info sheet is still attached to the chain and tag.
