On a race with MINI TIC-TAC-TOE to track the most miles, checking in every year to see who "wins".

This Travel Case TB is a 6-color mini Rubic's Cube  game on a key chain.  (Two color chips are missing, a BLUE one and a WHITE one. If you can solve this puzzle, then we'll know which missing chip is Blue or White).
