This bug is a streamer fly I tied and encased it in epoxy. It should wear well through it long travels.

Finally got this on it's way. This location is a fishing spot that you will only see locals at.

  • The Falls by Route 18 Nestled under a major highway in central NJ just a minute from the Turnpike.
  • Lawrence Brook from the woods People really do fish here, I couldn't vouch for the quality of the catch though!

This TB was passed on to me by a friend who works at a Nature Reserve on Long Island. She found it along with a vandalized cache on a picnic table. I'll send it on it's way soon!

Tomorrow we're on our way to the Adirondacks so I just had to grab this guy to take with us. There are some great caches in that area so you can be sure "Streamer Fly Away" will be moved along to a nice place. We'll be gone for two weeks without 'net access so you'll have to wait until we return to log Streamers new location.

We'll also be dropping off a new TB of our own called "Fin Fin" during this trip, if your in the Indian Lake, NY area keep an eye out.
