He's a superhero, so he'd like to travel around the world fighting villains and restoring justice - and maybe having a drink (and a photo-op) with any other superheroes he meets along the way!
Kotetsu T. Kaburagi is the superhero known as "Wild Tiger" in the anime Tiger & Bunny. This small plastic figure shows him in unusually formal dress, in a suit and fedora instead of his usual vest and cap (or his superhero armor, which is something else altogether!).
