Snow recently visited this area, but his influence is waning. At least in South facing territories. Katniss requested my services as a guide to visit a number of hidden depots in the area. We located 6 of the 7 despite Snow's efforts to conceal them, and Katniss was able to leave messages for future visitors.
We decided it was important to identify ambush and checkpoint locations before attempting to smuggle her down the highway to Fort Collins. So we climbed to the top of Mt Webster and did indeed locate a checkpoint disguised as a "Construction Zone." I won't describe how we smuggled her through as we may need to use it in the future. Katniss is on her way again now.
