Found this guy on a break during the 2 day real estate foreclosure workshop I was attending at the Biltmore Hotel which is right down the street from where this guy was hiding. It was a good workshop put on by the company my parents recently purchased their fist two foreclosure properties through. (BTW, if there are any real estate investors here check R1RE out. Anyway, during one of the breaks I led my parents & younger brother on a little geocaching adventure.
The little guy keeps trying to use Jedi mind tricks on me but so far my command of the force is greater than his. We shall see who wins out in the end.
