We found this travel bug during our holiday in Mallorca. He will travel with us to Germany to participate at the Dauntown event cache, there are some vulcanic lakes near that event.

  • Deia Sorry it took so long to drop off your bug! I got swamped with grad school, and then I realized that I might as well drop it off here in Spain. Don´t let the pictures fool you - Deia is right on the sea, so the bug is definately having H2O fun.

  • Banyalbufar This was the view from a lookout tower we stopped at on our way home from the cache. This is on the north coast of Mallorca, looking west out onto the Med.

Found your bug on 4/27/2003 at around 1:45pm in the Bulls Island Cache in New Jersey. What a great day! The sun was shining and the forest was beginning to get really green.

The day I found it was also the annual Lambertville Shad festival, which honors the return of the Shad fish to this part of the Delwaware river. I took the bug to the fest and took a few pictures there to document where it's been.

I'll be dropping it off soon - I'll try to move it closer to the shore so it can see the Atlantic.

  • Lambertville on the DR Canal Taken in Lambertville overlooking the Delaware / Raritan Canal.
  • Flag on the Delaware A huge American flag that's draped over the pedestrian bridge that spans the Delaware up by the Bulls Island Cache.
  • Bug on the river Just looking out over the pedestrian bridge southwards.
