First of all this Bug was in a cache in Blaine, Minnesota not in the hands of Wraparound129. He/she must have forgot to log it.
Secondly, I grabbed it from the cache and I'm now reading the goal as I log it. I could tell you I'm an Aquarius to help with the goal, but Libras aren't liars, so I won't. Now that it's in my hands, I'll make sure I log it into a new cache in the near future.
