Hiking-Travelbug

Deutsch:
Da ich ein großer „Herr der Ringe“ Fan bin, soll dieser Bug Schauplätze von Frodos Reise besuchen.
Dazu zählen z.B.:
Fanshops,
Oxford, wo Tolkien lebte und arbeitete, als er die Bücher veröffentlichte; Tolkiens Wohnhäuser, Grab, Lehrstuhl, etc.
Drehorte und Produktionsstätten in Neuseeland (Das Highlight wären die Werkstädten von Weta Workshop Wellington)

Because I am a very big fan of „The Lord of the rings“, this travel bug shall visit stages of Frodo's journey.
These are e.g.:
Oxford, where Tolkien published the books; Tolkien's residences, his grave, his chair at university, etc.
Locations of filming an producing the movies in New Zealand (My personal highlight would be Weta Workshop Wellington)

Ich habe diese Figur als Dank von Karotte84 und Conny0408 für die Unterstützung bei der Bewältigung ihres 100km-Laufes erhalten. Als ungeübte Wanderer bekamen wir unzählige Blasen, aber das Ziel wurde erreicht. Wie es doch so oft beim Geocaching ist.
Dies ist mein erster Travelbug und so bekommt er eine Aufgabe, die mir sehr am Herzen liegt, da ich doch inniger Fan bin.
Ich hoffe der Schuh sieht viele spannende Orte. Und ich freue mich über viele Fotos.

This little figure was given to me by Karotte84 and Conny0408 as way of thanks for the support at the accomplishment of their 100km-hike. As inexperienced hikers we've gotten many blisters, but we reached the final. Like it is so usual while geocaching.
This is my first travel bug and so it gets a quest, to which I am very dedicated.
I hope the shoe travels to interesting places. And I am very pleased, if you post pictures of it.
