For every fork in the road a choice needs to be made. Sometimes the choice isn't easy, sometimes it's bitter sweet, sometimes the choice is a no brainier. Some forks have a sign for an easy down hill trek and sometime the signs point up for an exhausting slippery walk. Some forks in the road provides a bench to sit on to ponder the choice... Either way, you can't go back and you can't sit on the bench. A very nice collection you have. Unlike any I've ever seen. Thanks for the discovery.

Retrieve It from a Cache 7/29/2017 olabashandaa retrieved it from Atrisco Bosque New Mexico   Visit Log

Found it, took it to Puerto Penasco, Mexico and couldn't find the missing cache, so I will put it at a particularly busy cache here in town (that has many world travellers, international students and church).

This is the first Geocoin I have found. I am a newbie to Geocaching, and am completely obsessed with it!! I noticed that this cache was just across the street from my mom's house, where I grew up. I spent hours upon hours exploring the bosque around the Rio Grande. Today was the first time I have been back there since I was a teenager. I checked the activity log, and got a little excited when I noticed the last log noted that they had left a Geocoin. I was shocked to find that this was it!! This thing is HUGE! I am afraid it may take a little time to find another cache to stash it in that is big enough to hold it. But I accept the challenge, and am grateful that I got to be the one to move this, after over a year of sitting in the bosque!
