Current Goal

The Plush Porcupine wants to visit as many caches as possible on his way to the Porcupines and Powerlines cache in Maine. Once there he wants to return to Quills Urban Woodlot Cache in Pennsylvania. He would like to make this trip in 1 year or less.

We picked up this travel bug on our last visit to Maine with our Grampa. We live in CT, so we have brought the bug back home with us. When our Grampa comes to visit next, we are going to take this Plush Porcupine to a cache in CT.

We found another plush porcupine and attached it to the travel bug to replace the one that got soggy in one of it's previous cache locacations.
Grab It (Not from a Cache) 7/14/2007 geo-techs grabbed it   Visit Log

Found this at the "We don't need no education" Cache. The travel bug was the only thing left no Plush Porcupine. We are going to try and find a new plush porcupine and bring a larger container for the "Porcupines and Power Lines" Cache so it will fit in. Hopefully this will help finish this leg of the trip and someone will take it on to complete the journey.

checked out the geocache today and found it filled with seawater from patriot's day storm. took it all home to dry out. it all smells terrible and the logbook may be ruined. i washed the travel bug and am letting him dry to see if he can be salvaged. if so, i will return him and the cache when dry.
