If possible place in a cache near a location where you have received a speeding ticket or some other traffic citation, while relaying the story of said moving violation for the rest of us. The most important thing is to keep it moving and to place it in a cache where it has the greatest chance of actually moving on.
This cache was created in conjuction with its namesake cache and point of origin.
It is also the first trackable I have ever set up and dropped in a cache.
