This was found in packaging with no label. I have no idea what it is. It is possibly related to school supplies. It may be functional or just decorative.

Brought some TB's from Canada to travel and drop this will be the farthest south we'll take em.

This TB arrived here,
But left on Tuesday from St Thomas Ontario Canada, to Wednesday in Toronto (no chances of caching) on route to Capetown (South Africa) via New York & Johannesburg arriving Thursday morning 20 hours later.

With minimal visits we'll look for a place to drop it.
