Current Goal

Apu just wants to travel and see as much of the world as possible; however, he has a special place in his heart for Springfield so he would like to have his picture taken whenever he comes to a town with this name. Don't forget to treat him to a chutney Squishee once in a while to remind him of home!

About This Item

Manjula is visiting her parents with the kids, so Apu is taking a vacation from the Kwik-E-Mart (don't worry, Sanjay is running it while Apu is gone). He spends so much time at the Kwik-E-Mart that he hasn't been able to see much of the world. As you can clearly see, Apu is nervous about being away for so long, but he is confident that his brother will do a fine job running the shop while he's gone.

Sorry I did not know of Apu's wish to visit towns named Springfield. He was closer to Springfield, Missouri, when I found him than he is now. I have attached his mission to him so other cachers can decide when they pick him up if they can help with taking him to visit towns named Springfield. He's a very good traveler and enjoyed looking at the Arkansas River in Wichita, Kansas.
