Current Goal

Dieser TB soll nach Methven auf der Südinsel Neuseelands reisen und uns von dort ein Bild des Mount Hutt (ein Berg in der Nähe)schicken. Außerdem wäre es schön wenn wir ein paar Reiseeindrücke von dem Weg dorthin, egal ob aus Neuseeland oder anderen schönen Orten auf der Welt bekommen würden. Außerdem würden wir uns freuen wenn der TB ein kleines Souvenir (z.B. einen KIWI) mit zurückbringen würde.

This TB should travel to Methven on the southern island of New Zealand. We would like to get a picure of Mt Hutt, a mountain close to Mehtven. Also we would like to collect pictures or souvenirs during the travel (especially we would like a small KIWI attached to the TB)

Der TB am Anfang der Reise

Aotearoa ist die Bezeichnung der Maori für Neuseeland. Dieses Land ist das Land unserer Träume. Ich habe dort ein halbes Jahr lang gelebt und dieses wundervolle Land lieben gelernt. Daher wollen wir nun diesen TB dorthin schicken.

 

Aotearoa is the Maori name for New Zealand, the country of our dreams. I worked there for half a year and we love the country after our travels along the countyside. Because we like the country so much we want to send this TB to New Zealand.

It is in New Zealand!
I have added a little gold-coloured kiwi. I hope it's big enough, I didn't want a big thing added because then it is harder to find a new cache for it. Also it matched the other two trinkets that were already on there - a little bird and an envelope.
I also added a tiki - a symbol of Maori culture (as I'm sure you know!).
Unfortunately I'm not going anywhere near the South Island in the near future. But I will place it soon on Mt Eden near my house, which is a very touristy part of Auckland, so perhaps a tourist will pick it up. I will add "South Island" to the outside of the bag it's in so that will hopefully help.
